Bank statement PDFs, ready for your accounts
Upload a bank statement PDF and LedgerFinch extracts the transactions into structured data - dates, descriptions, amounts, and running balance - ready to check against the source document before you use it. Metadata, validation warnings, and any parsing errors are shown alongside the transaction table, so you can see exactly what was read from the statement, not just take it on faith.
Once you're happy with the result, export it for Xero, QuickBooks Online or MYOB, or as a CSV or Excel file laid out the way you want: your columns, in your order, with your headings.
After the free pages, it's A$0.10 per page, prepaid from A$5. You're only charged for statements that reconcile. See pricing
